Responsible Tourism
Throughout the world new developments and themes in tourism have seen the rise of Ecotourism, Green Toursim and Sustainable Tourism. Embedded within their respective approaches and philosophies is a basic requirement for man to act responsibly. This was the main theme of the Second International Conference on Responsible Tourism held in Kerela earlier this year (2008) where a variety of speakers presented papers and gave presentations on a wide variety of initaitives from around the world.
